Job Position – Logistics Coordinator

For a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site logistics, supporting lifting operations, and ensuring the smooth movement of materials, equipment, and resources across project sites in alignment with safety and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities
-Coordinate daily logistics operations across construction sites
-Plan and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and manpower
-Familiarity with lifting operations and ensure proper coordination with lifting teams
-Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety standards and site requirements
-Liaise with site teams, suppliers, transporters, and subcontractors
-Track deliveries and resolve any delays or logistical issues
-Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and reporting
-Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency on-site
Requirements (Strict Criteria)
-4–5 years of experience in logistics coordination within the UAE construction industry
-Basic knowledge of lifting operations and lifting coordination
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Good communication and coordination abilities
-Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
-Must be currently available in the UAE
-Immediate joiners preferred
