Job Position – Logistics Executive
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of logistics experience in the UAE
Experience in Free Zone or Mainland companies is mandatory
Must hold a valid UAE driving license
Candidates with only Indian experience are kindly requested not to apply
Strong knowledge of sea freight and air freight operations
Good understanding of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and shipping coordination
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily logistics and transportation operations
Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor inventory and maintain warehouse records
Ensure compliance with UAE logistics, transportation, and customs regulations
Plan delivery routes and manage drivers when required
Prepare shipment, expense, and delivery performance reports
Provide multilingual support in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500
Company-provided accommodation (bed space)
