Job Position – Logistics Executive
Company Name – Nokione Lubricants Trading
Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE
Hiring for a professional who already understands UAE logistics operations and international trade, can quickly adapt to our processes, and work independently with minimal supervision from day one.
Key Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of UAE logistics experience (mandatory).
-Experience in international trading and import/export operations.
-Previous experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
-Strong knowledge of:
-Import Authorization Number (IAN)
-Certificate of Origin (COO)
-Incoterms
-Commercial invoices and shipping documentation
-International shipping and trade documentation
-Solid understanding of UAE Customs regulations, particularly JAFZA Free Zone procedures.
-Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and government authorities.
-Excellent English communication skills, other languages are advantage (Russian, German, etc).
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.

-Ready to contribute immediately without requiring extensive training.
