Job Position – Manual Punching Machine Operator

Hiring for a skilled and detail-oriented Operator with hands-on experience in the corrugated carton manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining punching/die-cutting machines while ensuring high-quality production, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Operate punching/die-cutting machines for corrugated sheets and carton production.
-Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
-Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly.
Requirements
-2–5 years of experience as a Punching/Die-Cutting Machine Operator in a corrugated carton manufacturing or printing press environment.
-Ability to read and interpret production specifications and job orders.
-Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety.
Education
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Technical certification or training in machine operation, packaging machinery, or a related field is an advantage.
