Education & Experience:
-University Graduate
-2 – 4 years’ experience in Marketing Department

Competencies/ Accountabilities:
-Customer service and relationship orientation.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
-Communication skills.
-Creativity.
-Planning and developing market survey research programs and methods.
-Analyzes data and conducts research.
-Preparing reports and making recommendations based on statistics, data, survey result and other available information.
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
-Create and suggest marketing strategies.
-Assist the marketing manager.
-Resolves problems and customer service inquires within scope of authority.
-Create suggest and update online services.
-Follow up and assist all marketing communications, PR and campaigns.
-Follow up advertising campaigns.
-Coordinate with the media agency.
-Follow up with the main agency for all the marketing issue.
-Tracks PR marketing programs and evaluates its effectiveness through surveys.
-Edits newsletter, reports, brochures, and visuals for marketing programs and special presentations, assuring content consistency and accuracy.
-Monitoring online services administration.
-Resolves problems and customer service inquires within scope of authority.
-Interprets and explain PR and media campaign
