Job Position – Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our digital & traditional marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
· Lead content, social media, and campaign management to drive customer acquisition and retention.
· Manage agency and vendor relationships.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
· Oversee brand consistency and creative direction.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s in pharmacy, marketing, business, or a related field. Holding an MBA and postgraduate degree is a plus.
· 3+ years’ experience in retail marketing, with a strong digital focus in the UAE.
· Proven track record of running successful campaigns.
· Hands-on with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
· Creative, analytical, and strong communicator.
