Job Position – Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

To lead maintenance team and ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment.
To oversee our mechanical maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of factory machinery and mechanical systems, leading a team of maintenance professionals, and developing maintenance protocols to maximize productivity and safety.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance of industrial machinery, including rockwool production equipment and HVAC systems.
Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Lead, train, and manage a team of mechanics and maintenance technicians.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate maintenance and repair activities.
Manage maintenance budgets and procurement of mechanical parts and supplies.
Prepare and present reports on maintenance operations and machinery status.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and material properties.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a technical team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
