Job Position – MEP Coordinator
Company Name – Incraft Decoration
Expanding our team and hiring for an experienced to join us.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator
Proven experience in UAE commercial fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of MEP systems — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting/fire alarm, and Electrical
Ability to coordinate and resolve clashes between MEP, civil, and interior works on site
Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit / BIM coordination tools
Experience liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors
Experience with Authorities’ approvals in Abu Dhabi (DoT, ADDC, TRANSAD, Civil Defence, etc.)
Strong site supervision and reporting skills
Must own a car (with a valid UAE driving license)
Good communication skills in English
