Job Position – MEP Coordinator – Facilities Management & Construction

Job Summary:
Looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across facilities management operations and construction projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination with contractors, and the ability to ensure projects are completed according to design, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate MEP works between design, site teams, and subcontractors.
– Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
– Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
– Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
– Support facilities management teams with maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
– Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
– Resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during project execution.
Requirements:
– Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years experience in MEP coordination within FM or construction projects.
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
– Experience with AutoCAD and MEP drawings.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– UAE experience preferred.
