Job Position – MEP Engineer
Company Name – 3D Constraction
With minimum 7- 10 years of UAE working experience.
Knowledge of HVAC Design and Project Management.
Proven Knowledge and experience in HVAC works for Residential villas, Offices, Buildings etc.
Designing of HVAC System with Planning and Executing Works.
Reviewing HVAC Shop Drawings.
Executing HVAC works for all our projects and building a strong HVAC team.
Raising MIR, IR, WIR of site HVAC works for consultant approval.
Knowledge of costs for project execution and ability to build quotations.
Proven experience in Troubleshooting all kinds of HVAC Related issues.
Building and managing an expert team of HVAC technicians.
Design and execute energy-efficient HVAC systems. Prepare technical drawings, load calculations, and equipment specifications.
Oversee installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Salary is Dubai market competitive
