Job Position – MEP Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Empire State Electro Mechanical
-Minimum 5 years Uae experience in MEP contracting /construction/ mep sector
-Preparing Payment Application
-Furnish BOQ and cost estimates
-Estimation of quantities,Cost and time scale for material and labour
-Coordination with designers in the early project stage
-Preparing Contracts and tender documents
-Preparing contractual letters to the client, Subcontractors etc..
-Quantity Takeoff for Electrical & Mechanical Systems
Must be immediately joined and must be applied those who are in visit visa or cancelled visa.
