Job Position – MEP Supervisor
Company Name – Qubello Facility Management
Location : Dubai, UAE
A qualified and hardworking MEP Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the regular maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various facilities across Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.
Oversee and carry out maintenance and repair of MEP equipment.
Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests and help desk tickets.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality and schedule of work.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Submit accurate weekly timesheets for the operational staff.
Review the work completed by technicians and service partners.
Respond to emergency situations during and after regular business hours.
Be flexible and adaptable, as you may be required to perform tasks outside your normal area of expertise.
Qualifications:
Minimum technical certificate or diploma in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
3-5 years of experience with a proven track record in installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Sound knowledge of MEP installation and civil-related works.
Strong understanding of pipefitting, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis, and brazing techniques (applicable to AC/refrigeration).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.
GCC experience is preferred.
Must reside in the UAE and possess a valid UAE driving license (manual transmission).
