Job Position – MEP Supervisor
Location: Kuwait
Industry: Facilities Management
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across facilities
– Lead and guide a team of technicians
– Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
– Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks by CAFM IMS
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building standards
– Use CAFM IMS for work order tracking and reporting
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
– Strong technical background in MEP systems
– Experience in Facilities Management is essential
– Excellent communication
– Transferable visa (Article 18) preferred
