Job Position – Merchandiser
Company Name – Baqer Mohebi Enterprises
Location: UAE
Role Objective:
Ensure top-notch Visibility, Availability, Pricing & Freshness of products in-store, working closely with your supervisor and sales team.
Merchandiser’s Job Role & Description:
– Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to drive long-term business growth.
– Ensure the full availability of the products on the shelf as per the agreed merchandising objectives and guidelines.
– Report any OUT OF STOCK (OOS) to the concern salesman immediately.
– Ensures product visibility by effective implementation of
PLAN-O-GRAMS
POSMS
PRICE POINT COMMUNICATION
– Merchandise the products as per the planogram set by respective brands on Primary and Secondary displays.
– Monitoring the freshness of the products through FIFO and Stock Rotation.
– Effective and reports on
Stock Ageing (monthly)
MDR Merchandisers Daily Report (daily)
Competition Activities
– Capitalize on merchandising opportunities on outlet level through excellent customer relations and creative merchandising method.
– Effective and timely communication to the managers, salesman, supervisors on day to day activities and opportunities.
