1) Guest Service Agent
– Native / Fluent Russian Speaker
2) Assistant Bell Captain
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in concierge, bell desk, or related field
– Strong leadership skills to support and supervise the Bell team
– Solid knowledge of guest luggage handling, transportation coordination, and concierge services
– Good English communication (additional languages are a plus)
3) Call Center Agent
Requirements:
– Previous call center or customer service experience (hospitality background preferred)
– Excellent English communication skills
