WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– Proven experience in high-end, premium, or award-winning restaurant operations, ideally in fast-paced, high-volume environments
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and inspire high-performing teams
– Solid operational understanding including service standards, guest experience, and quality control
– Pre-opening experience and ability to thrive in a dynamic, brand-driven environment focused on excellence
