Job Position – MS Dynamics Technical Consultant ERP

Location : Riyadh
Mandatory Skills:
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics ERP HR Technical consultant.
– Experience implementing Dynamics ERP HR in at least 2 full-cycle projects.
– Deep understanding of core HR modules like payroll, benefits, employee self-service, talent management, performance management, etc., specifically within the context of a banking environment.
– Experience configuring and implementing Dynamics ERP HR for compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations, including social insurance requirements and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development directives.
– Experience integrating Dynamics ERP HR with other internal & external systems.
– Expertise in specific HR processes relevant to banks.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
