About the job
Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients by performing perfect Manicures, Pedicures, Gel and Acrylic Nail Services as well as Nail Art and make sure they have a great customer experience and leave extremely happy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer service to every client she interacts with and make sure that every client leaves the salon 110% satisfied.
- Perform Manicure, Pedicure, Gel and Acrylic Nails Services and Nail Art.
- Conduct professional consultations with clients and discuss and manage all service expectations.
- Achieve sales target, add on sales and retail sales.
- Retain clients by providing exceptional service
Requirements / Competencies:
- Good English Speaker
- Enthusiastic
- Energetic
- Creative
- Additional skills within beauty services will be an advantage
Qualification
- Experience as a nail technician performing Manicures, Pedicures, Gel and Acrylic Nails Services and Nail Art for more than 5 years
- Expert in Gel and Acrylic Nails Services
- Have G.C.C work experience
Pay Package:
- Monthly Salary
- Service Commission
- Product Commission
- Tips are not shared. All tips are yours to keep.
