1) HR Officer
– with at least 2 years experience in Hospital/Healthcare facility in UAE
Application Support
– Providing software application support under the supervision of the application administrators.
– Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
– Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
– Functional knowledge in hospital routine operations
– Minimum 2 years experience in Trakcare HIS (or) any other HIS applications will be added advantage.
2) ERP Support
– Sound understanding of SAP business one & Hana DB
– Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
– Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
– Developing, configuring, and maintaining customized SAP solutions.
– Functional knowledge in hospital routine operations
– Minimum 2+ year experience in SAP
Preferrably can join immediately.
