Job Position – NOC Engineer

Job Purpose:
The Level 1 NOC Support Engineer is responsible for providing first-line monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for Nokia IP Core and RAN (Radio Access Network) infrastructure within a managed NOC environment. The role ensures high availability and performance of critical network systems by proactively identifying, escalating, and coordinating the resolution of network incidents.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in NOC operations or network monitoring.
• Basic exposure to Nokia IP or RAN products is preferred.

Skills:
• Understanding of IP networking and LTE network architecture.
• Familiar with basic CLI operations on routers/switches.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in 24×7 rotating shifts.
