Job Position – NOC Engineer
Company Name – Concord Stars Contracting
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications with relevant authorities, including RTA, DEWA, DM, and other utility providers.
– Coordinate with authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to obtain necessary NOCs and work permits.
– Review utility drawings, engineering plans, and technical documents before submission.
– Follow up on NOC approvals, comments, revisions, and resubmissions.
– Ensure compliance with authority requirements, project specifications, and approved procedures.
– Maintain proper records of NOC applications, approvals, and related documentation.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
– Relevant experience as an NOC Engineer in the UAE.
– Experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects is preferred.
– Good knowledge of RTA and other UAE authority approval procedures.
– Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
– Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
