Job Position – Nurse Supervisor

Position Overview:
As the Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations across units, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader who excels in a dynamic environment, prioritizes quality patient care, and fosters team development.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN); Master’s Degree is an advantage
– DHA License required
– Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
– BLS/ACLS certification
– Excellent leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
