Job Position -Nursery Teacher

Key Responsibilities
– Plan and deliver engaging, age?appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
– Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
– Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
– Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow educators to develop thematic units and extracurricular activities.
– Maintain open, professional communication with parents, colleagues, and management.
– Contribute to school events, workshops, and continuous professional development (CPD) initiatives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CACHE Level?3 Diploma (or higher).
– Solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and best?practice pedagogy.

Key Skills
– Fluent written and spoken English.
– Conversational / fluent Russian language skills (ability to communicate with Russian?speaking parents and children).
– Excellent classroom management, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with parents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
– Good level of computer literacy for lesson planning, digital portfolios, and parent communication platforms.
