Job Position – Office 365 Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Office 365 Administration:
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Office 365.
Configure and maintain Exchange Online, including mailbox management, distribution groups, and email policies.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce security measures to protect Office 365 data and services.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Office 365-related issues.
Training and Documentation:
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on Office 365 features and best practices.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor Office 365 service health and performance.
Implement performance optimization measures to ensure the efficient operation of Office 365 services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
Strong technical expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
