Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Graduate in Business Administration or proven experience of managing office admin function of 250+user
  • Knowledge of project and task management
  • SAP and ARIBA expertise will add an advantage

Minimum Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an office administration is very essential

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
  • Must be assertive; able to deal with dynamic stakeholders
  • Team management skills
  • knowledge of Arabic would be preferred (Read, Write and Speak)
