Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Graduate in Business Administration or proven experience of managing office admin function of 250+user
- Knowledge of project and task management
- SAP and ARIBA expertise will add an advantage
Minimum Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in an office administration is very essential
Job-Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Must be assertive; able to deal with dynamic stakeholders
- Team management skills
- knowledge of Arabic would be preferred (Read, Write and Speak)
