Job Position – Office Assistant
Company Name – JSI Contracting
With Valid UAE Driving License
Location : Dubai
With a valid UAE driving license to support our daily operations and office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
-Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence
-Assist in procurement and delivery of office/site-related materials when required
-Maintain and organize office supplies
-Support HR and accounts departments with clerical work
-Perform errands, deliveries, and pickups across Dubai as per company requirements
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Office Assistant/Admin in UAE
– Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle)
– Good knowledge of Dubai roads & routes
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong communication and organizational skills
