Job Position – Office Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Coordinator to join a growing restaurant group in Dubai. This role plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of the business and works closely with the Owner, Operations Manager, and Finance Manager to ensure smooth and efficient office and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—someone who can confidently manage administrative responsibilities while providing strong support across scheduling, meetings, HR coordination, finance assistance, and general office operations.
Requirements
-Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar role within the UAE
-Confident, personable, and professional with excellent communication skills
-Strong command of spoken and written English
-Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
-Strong follow-up skills, punctuality, and the ability to multitask effectively
-Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
Key Responsibilities
– Managing email correspondence and phone communications
– Organizing meetings and maintaining schedules
– Coordinating deliveries and organizing permits
– Creating and issuing invoices
– Communicating with customers via email and phone
– Cash sales banking and cash handling
– Inventory coordination
– Distributing cash tips accurately and on time
What’s on Offer
– Salary: AED 4,000
