Location – Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contracting and trade company.

Requirements:
– Qatari residency: You must have a valid Qatari residency visa.
– Minimum 5 years of experience: Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar role.
– Contracting and trade experience: Experience working in a contracting and trade company is highly desirable.
– Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Hardworking and energetic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
– Creative and proactive: Ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain accurate records and files
– Provide administrative support to the team
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Ensure efficient communication and correspondence
– Perform other administrative tasks as required
