Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
– Proven expertise in talent sourcing across different countries
– Strong background in employee engagement
– Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting with Dashboards
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle end-to-end recruitment across various roles and nationalities
– Develop and maintain strong sourcing pipelines
– Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
– Foster employee engagement initiatives and support onboarding
– Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics and reports
