Job Position – Operation Team Leader

Location: Open to relocate anywhere in UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000

Gender: Male Only
Work Details
-Shift: 8 hours (plus 1-hour lunch break)
-Working Days: 6 days per week
-Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations Management
-Oversee Mega Store operations ensuring smooth fulfilment and dispatch
-Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards
-Monitor order flow including picking, packing, and dispatch
-Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalations
Workforce & Shift Planning
-Allocate tasks to Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics Associates, and Helpers
-Ensure staff attendance as per roster
-Monitor team productivity, discipline, and performance
-Provide training, coaching, and real-time feedback
Inventory, Fulfilment & Logistics
-Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and tracking
-Monitor picking accuracy, packing quality, and dispatch timelines
-Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
-Escalate discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Customer Experience & Escalations
-Handle customer complaints and order escalations
-Ensure quick resolution and proper documentation
-Support operations during peak hours and disruptions
-Ensure hygiene, audit readiness, and compliance

Qualification & Experience
Education
-Diploma or bachelor’s in operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
-Relevant experience may substitute formal education

Experience
-Minimum 2+ years in warehouse, logistics or retail
-6 months – 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role
-Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or FMCG preferred

Skills
-Strong leadership and team management
-Ability to work in high-pressure environments
-Basic knowledge of OMS/WMS systems
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods
