Job Position – Operation Team Leader

Location: Open to relocate anywhere in UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000

Work Details
-Shift: 8 hours (plus 1-hour lunch break)
-Working Days: 6 days per week
-Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations Management
– Oversee Mega Store operations ensuring smooth fulfilment and dispatch
– Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards
– Monitor order flow including picking, packing, and dispatch
– Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalations
Workforce & Shift Planning
– Allocate tasks to Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics Associates, and Helpers
– Ensure staff attendance as per roster
– Monitor team productivity, discipline, and performance
– Provide training, coaching, and real-time feedback
Inventory, Fulfilment & Logistics
– Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and tracking
– Monitor picking accuracy, packing quality, and dispatch timelines
– Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
– Escalate discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Customer Experience & Escalations
– Handle customer complaints and order escalations
– Ensure quick resolution and proper documentation
– Support operations during peak hours and disruptions
– Ensure hygiene, audit readiness, and compliance

Qualification & Experience
Education
– Diploma or bachelor’s in operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
– Relevant experience may substitute formal education

Experience
– Minimum 2+ years in warehouse, logistics or retail
– 6 months – 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role
– Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or FMCG preferred

Skills
– Strong leadership and team management
– Ability to work in high-pressure environments
– Basic knowledge of OMS/WMS systems
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods
