What You’ll Do
-Lead our Operations, Guest Relations, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday homes portfolio.
-Ensure every property is guest-ready and operating at the highest standards.
-Build strong relationships with property owners and support business growth.
-Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
-5+ years of experience in hospitality, holiday homes, hotels, or property management.
-A strong leader who inspires and develops teams.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with OTAs, PMS, and property operations is an advantage.
