Job Position – Operations Supervisor
Company Name – Alliance360
Job Requirement :
• Having minimum experience in 3-4 years in Staff Outsourcing, Recruitment, Contract staffing, and Manpower services challenges.
• Identifying staff hiring (Temporary, Outsourcing and recruitment) challenges in UAE market.
• Identifying new potential clients and opportunities to win business for staff outsourcing and recruitment services.
• Generating new pipelines, Demonstrating the service and understanding their hiring challenges and pain areas. T
• Preparation of contracts for clients and maintain client follow-up database.
Producing job descriptions as per client requirements.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business and build and establish strong relationships with customers
• Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Qualification
The candidate must have:
• Prior experience Operations Coordinator / Supervisors.
• Good communication skill in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related discipline.
