1) Civil Estimator with 2-3 Years UAE experience.
2) Quantity surveyor with 2-3 Years UAE experience.
– Estimating quantity as per Tender Drawings.
– Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications.
– Review of Tender Documents and Client requirements.
– Evaluation of Material Specification and Prices of Vendors /Subcontractors against Project Specifications.
– should be aware of QS software such as ( AutoCAD – Plan swift -etc..)
– Minimum UAE required 2-3 years is a must .
– Ready to join immediately .
