Job Position – Patient Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate Joining Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
-Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
-Coordinate between patients and clinicians to ensure a smooth care experience
-Handle administrative tasks such as patient records, billing support, and follow-ups
-Respond to patient inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
-Support the team in delivering high-quality care with a patient-centered approach
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
-Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Friendly, patient-focused attitude
-Ability to start immediately is a strong advantage
