Job Position – Patient Relations Officer
Company Name – Nephro Arabia
With home dialysis experience & do patient recruitment & to cover Sharjah & Northern Emirates and Dubai.
Female Arabic Speaker with UAE Driving License.
Job Purpose:
Oversees the patient referral/admission process from local or international referral sources. The admissions officer contributes developing admission policies and procedures and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role involves coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies, managing necessary patient records, and resolving issues related to admissions.
The admissions officer collaborates with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the admissions process and enhance patient experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
– General OSH roles and responsibilities
– Quality Improvement & Patient Safety
– Core functions/responsibilities
– Frequent visits to different hospitals, medical center and patient homes across the UAE and to meet experts in the UAE market.
– Must be physically able to drive frequently for long period of times between UAE regions.
