Job Position – Payroll Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Payroll Processing
– Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, and deductions
– Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation
– Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and leave balances
– Coordinate with HR for leave, attendance, and disciplinary adjustments
– Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments for disbursement of salaries on time.
– Ensure payroll practices align with UAE Labor Law and company policies
– Ensure timely disbursement of monthly payroll via Wage Protection System (WPS)
– Sync leave records with payroll to ensure accurate deductions or payouts
– Collaborate with HR to validate biometric / time sheet attendance data
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting / Commerce
– 2 – 3 years of experience in Payroll in India / UAE
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems / ERP
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
