Job Position – Payroll Specialist
Company Name – Mindpool Technologies
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 1 year extendable
Qualifications & Experience
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or an equivalent post?graduate qualification.
4–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar HR/Payroll role.
Strong understanding of end?to?end HR processes and policies.
Hands?on experience with HR systems and HR technology platforms.
Working knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
Key Skills & Competencies
HR & Payroll Systems (Oracle HR Modules)
Strong working knowledge of Oracle HR modules used in front?desk and payroll operations.
Ability to guide, coach, and train users on HR software.
Capable of explaining system functionality and business benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process and review end-to-end payroll activities with a strong focus on accuracy and zero-error delivery.
Ensure timely and efficient payroll runs in line with agreed schedules and SLAs.
Deliver payroll services in compliance with HR policies, payroll matrices, and client requirements.
Provide professional customer service through clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to resolve payroll issues and escalations.
Support onboarding of new assets by documenting payroll processes and workflows.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and service enhancement.
Plan payroll activities in advance and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
Handle payroll-related queries through multiple communication channels with clear and concise responses.
Perform root cause analysis for payroll issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented and communicated.
Follow best practices in payroll operations and HRIS systems.
Operate Oracle HR Payroll modules effectively.
