Job Position – Performance Reporting Analyst

Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: 12 Months
To join team in Dubai for a 12-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to dive into performance analytics and reporting in a dynamic environment while leveraging cutting-edge tools.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct performance reporting and analyze data insights effectively.
– Proficiently utilize Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for data visualization.
– Manage Clarity time sheet reporting and ensure governance standards are met.
– Execute monthly headcount reporting to track team resources.
– Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 2-5 years of experience in performance reporting.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance (minimum qualification).
– Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
– Familiarity with Clarity time sheet reporting.
– Excellent analytical and communication skills.
