COO on a remote basis.

Location: Remote

– Obsessed with structure, systems, and follow-ups
– Clear communicator — written, verbal, and everything in between
– Sharp eye and great attention to detail
– Smart, fast learner with an all-rounder mindset (Sales & Tech exposure is a plus!)
– Reliable, responsible, and ready to lead when needed

Junior role with a fast growth path. You’ll work closely with the COO and Executive Assistant, gradually taking on more responsibility in operations, coordination, and strategic support.
