To provide high-level administrative support in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, preferably within the real estate development or engineering consulting sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Organize and follow up on meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
- Support in managing daily priorities and project follow-ups
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Prior experience in a Real Estate Developer or Engineering Consulting firm is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
