Job Position – Planning Engineer
Company Name – TELAL
Location – Abu Dhabi
Requirements:
– B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
– 5+ years in construction planning and 2+ years in senior roles
– UAE experience (5-7 years) in building projects
– Proficiency in Primavera P6
– Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
– Understanding of contractual terms
– Experience in preparing EOT claims, delay analysis, and window analysis
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
– Conduct updates, critical path analysis, and propose mitigation strategies
– Align schedules with project teams, lead planning meetings
– Identify scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies
– Plan and allocate resources efficiently
– Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and standards
– Prepare progress reports, including EVM analysis
– Review contracts for time extensions, delays, related clauses
