Primary School Administrator Jobs in UAE
Hiring for primary school administrator
The candidate must
• Handle external or internal communication
• Manage Official Inspections as per KHDA regulations
• Organize, arrange and coordinate school tours
• Offer clerical and administrative support to staff
• Maintain Staff and Support Staff Attendance register
• Forecasting of Scheduled activities on Academic Calendar
• Attend & Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Process and assess students’ applications in accordance with the school’s admissions policies and guidelines
• Comply with schools’ policies and procedures
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures and handbooks
Qualifications
• At least two years’ experience as Primary school administrator.
• The ability to work under pressure and also show initiative
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize tasks
• High School degree
