Key Skills & Requirements
-Strong experience in process mapping, analysis, and operational process control
-Knowledge of ERP and fleet management systems
-Data analysis, KPI monitoring, and dashboard management
-Ability to work independently and under pressure
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments
-Sound cultural and linguistic awareness with diverse teams
-Professional, polite, and approachable
-Ability to engage with and mentor cross-functional and blue-collar teams
-Capable of handling high-pressure environments and operational crowd management

-Map, analyse, and optimize end-to-end operational processes
-Identify inefficiencies, manual interventions, and data gaps
-Support digital transformation initiatives, including workflow automation and mobile solutions
-Ensure KPIs and dashboards are defined, captured, and monitored
