Job Position – Procurement Assistant

Are you organized, resourceful, and passionate about streamlining operations? Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Assistant and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations
– Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
– Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines
– Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies
– Support inventory management and monitor stock levels
– Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
What We’re Looking For:
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office tools
– Prior experience in procurement or administrative support is a plus
