Job Position – Procurement Officer
Company Name – Hepton Electromechanical Company
Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
– Source and procure construction and MEP materials.
– Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
– Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
– Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
– Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
– Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
– 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the MEP or construction industry.
– Good knowledge of local UAE suppliers and the construction market.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
– UAE experience is preferred.
