Job Position – Procurement Officer

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle daily procurement activities for catering operations.
– Source and evaluate suppliers for food items, beverages, kitchen equipment, and other materials.
– Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive purchasing.
– Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and warehouse teams to identify purchasing requirements.
– Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
– Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
– Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
– Ensure all purchased food items comply with quality and food safety requirements.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
– Good knowledge of food suppliers and the Qatar local market.
– Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
– Knowledge of purchase orders, inventory control, and procurement procedures.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Must be currently available in Qatar.
– Valid QID and NOC / transferable visa preferred.
