Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-Experience in Ready Mix Concrete production and plant operations.
-Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, quality control, and production planning.
-Ability to coordinate with batching plant operators, laboratory personnel, and site teams.
-Knowledge of UAE standards and ready mix industry practices is preferred.
-Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
-Immediate joiners are an advantage.
