Job Position – Production Specialist
Company Name – Urban
Will oversee the planning, growing, and quality control various greenhouse and infield plant production. As such, this person will be responsible for successful implementation of best practices for pest management, fertility programs and general production programmes. The candidate should be self-motivated, self-managed, comfortable in a leadership role, and prepared to create and operate within a budget. Required academic qualification is Bachelor’s degree in the field of plants and/or crop production with 3+ years of experience in a greenhouse/plant nursery setting.
