Job Position – Project Administration Supervisor/Specialist

Job Responsibilities
-Site Administration Management
Manage the daily operations of the project camp, site office. Oversee the procurement of administrative supplies, catering services, vehicle dispatching, and asset inventory.
-Document Control
Handle the receipt, classification, distribution, and archiving of all project correspondence, meeting minutes, contract registers. Maintain and update the project document control system.
-Expatriate Attendance & HR Support
Manage on-site attendance tracking, leave schedules, flight bookings, and expense claim reviews for Chinese expatriate staff. Assist HQ in handling site-level onboarding and offboarding procedures.
-Meeting Coordination & Business Reception
Organize and coordinate major project meetings and prepare official meeting minutes. Oversee business hospitality and itinerary planning for visiting corporate executives, clients, consultants, and local partners.
Job Requirements
-Education : Bachelor’s degree or above
-Work Experience : Minimum 1-3 years of local studying or working experience in the UAE.
-Language & Computer Skills?Native Chinese + Fluent English (as a working language).
-Other Skills?Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and corporate OA systems. Familiar with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and local business etiquette
