Job Position – Project Management Specialist/Project Manager – IT

Job Description
The ideal candidate must have the ability to
combine their technical skills, creativity, and customer focus to deliver great solutions to the customers and ensure they get the best out of our technologies and solutions.
PMO: Responsible for implementing an appropriate project management process with project organization, documentation & structure. Manage the full lifecycle of IT delivery programs from initiation, through delivery, transition into production and support.
Activity and resource planning: Understand the scope, clearly determine the available resources, set time estimates and evaluate in partnership with project team members.
Productivity: Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic project plans for implementing IT solutions and systems.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams and collaborate to ensure the projects are delivered as per agreed timelines, cost and budget.
Project Planning: Develop project scope and schedules by involving all relevant stakeholders. Manage all documentation for individual projects.
Cost Control: Review the proposal of vendors and suppliers to ensure that quality inputs are delivered at the least possible cost. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting IT project requirements, supporting IT Management in preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective action.
Project Reporting: Project reporting on daily / weekly / monthly to relevant stakeholders. Create, update, and track the various project logs appropriately and in a timely manner per communications management plan and communication matrix specific to each program/project.
Any Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT Project Management. Preferred MBA in IT
IT Project Management Experience
Experience in data center infrastructure implementations and migrations is considered a competitive advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management role.
Thorough knowledge of Project Management Frameworks and information model..
Well versed with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodology.
Industry accredited certifications PMP or similar.
